Spring is well and truly here! Twee HQ is my favourite place to be on a sunny spring day. I've been making chutney today whilst listening to the birds singing all around. I even saw my first butterfly of the year!
It's also been a busy time at the allotment, pruning my fruit bushes and planting up a new row of raspberries to keep up with demand for raspberry jam! It wont be long now until the first rhubarb will be ready, I can't wait to turn it into delicious rhubarb and lemon jam! Watch this space! :o)
