Although I have been making preserves for many year I am very new to Marmalade Production. My marmalade production began 2 years ago. This year I decided to enter the Dalemain Marmalade Awards. I am very happy to say that my Thick Cut Marmalade was given a highly commended! Which I am thouroughly chuffed with!
Next year I plan to perfect my thick cut, (they suggested it could be even chunkier!) and will also enter my personal favourite the Lemon and Lime Marmalade. So watch this space!
