The bitter Seville orange used to make Marmalade have a really short season, only being avalible for a few weeks between January to the end of February. It's one of the few preserves that I make that doesn't include any home grown ingredients because... well because you can't grow oranges in the this lovely UK climate! But all my marmalades and home made in small batches with love.
I've experemented this year and added some new flavours to my collection including:
Thick cut, thin cut, Lemon and Lime and whisky and ginger flavour! All very different flavours all just waiting to be spread on to your toast at breakfast! Go on give them a try, get a bit of Twee in your life.
